Youth Volunteer
A Homestead YTH Volunteer serves as an entry-level support role, helping create a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled environment for students on Wednesday nights. Volunteers assist with practical needs such as check-in, security, snack bar, cleaning, and general hospitality. Their goal is to help every student feel loved, cared for, and welcome by providing warmth, presence, and excellence wherever they are assigned. Volunteers are not required to attend weekly services or monthly meetings, but they play an important part in making youth ministry run smoothly by serving consistently, being dependable, and embodying the heart of Homestead YTH.

Youth Leader
A Homestead YTH Leader is a discipleship-focused role designed for adults who want to invest relationally and spiritually in students on a weekly basis. Leaders actively build relationships, sit with students, pray with them, worship alongside them, and help guide them toward Jesus inside and outside of services. This role carries higher expectations, including consistent weekly attendance and participation in monthly leadership meetings that ensure shared vision, alignment, and healthy ministry practice. Youth Leaders embody the mission of Homestead YTH by intentionally helping students grow in their faith and by modeling what it means to live a life that reflects Jesus.
