Serve Opportunities
Why We Serve?
At Homestead, volunteering is more than filling a role—it’s helping create space for life change. Every greeting at the door, every moment spent with kids or students, every song played, every prayer offered, and every detail handled behind the scenes plays a part in helping people encounter Jesus in a real and powerful way.
Each weekend service, midweek gathering, and special event is an opportunity for someone’s story to be changed. And that doesn’t happen by accident—it happens because people like you choose to show up, serve faithfully, and make others feel seen, known, and loved.
When you volunteer, you’re helping build something bigger than yourself. You’re creating a community where people belong, where faith grows, and where lives are transformed. From the youngest child in Big Top Babies to every adult who walks through our doors, your presence and your service matter more than you may ever fully realize.
Scripture reminds us in 1 Peter 4:10:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
God has uniquely gifted you—and through serving, those gifts become part of His work in changing lives. Every small act of faithfulness adds up to something eternal.
